1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "the subscriber") and IPTV Ireland Homes ("we", "us", "our"), operating iptvireland.homes. By purchasing, activating, or using any of our subscriptions or an IPTV free trial, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our service.
2. Scope of Service — What We Provide
IPTV Ireland Homes provides a digital subscription that grants access to our streaming infrastructure. As part of your plan we supply:

- Your digital line provisioning credentials (Xtream Codes API, M3U or portal access codes)
- Access to our high-bitrate live streams & VOD access codes
- Server paths and edge-caching infrastructure
- Setup guidance and 24/7 human support
3. You provide
- A compatible third-party player application (e.g. IPTV Smarters, TiviMate) — these are independent apps we do not own or control
- Your own hardware device (Firestick, Smart TV, Android box, etc.)
- A stable, high-speed fibre broadband connection
Because player apps, devices and broadband are outside our control, issues caused by third-party software, hardware faults or your network are not the responsibility of IPTV Ireland Homes.
4. Eligibility & Age
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or hold a subscription. By using our service you confirm you meet this minimum age requirement.
The named account holder is responsible for all use of the subscription, including ensuring appropriate parental supervision for any minors in the household and that the service is not used to access content unsuitable for them.
5. Accounts & Credentials
Your login credentials are personal to you. You are responsible for keeping them secure and confidential. You must not publish, share or distribute your credentials beyond the device limit of your plan.
If you believe your credentials have been compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can secure your line.
6. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
Your subscription is licensed for private, personal, non-commercial viewing only. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension without refund:

Commercial Restreaming
Rebroadcasting, capturing or restreaming any content to other users, networks or public platforms.

Credential Sharing
Sharing your login across multiple households or beyond your plan's permitted device limit.

Account Reselling
Reselling, sublicensing or commercially redistributing your subscription or credentials.

Public Exhibition
Displaying the service in commercial premises, public venues or any unlicensed public exhibition setting.
7. Billing, Subscriptions & Renewals
Subscriptions are offered on 1, 3, 6 or 12-month cycles for 1 Device or 2 Devices plans, at the prices shown on our pricing page. Payment is taken at checkout and your line is activated once payment is confirmed.
Renewals are arranged with you before your cycle ends — there is no hidden auto-billing. Prices may change for future cycles, but any change will be communicated before you renew.
8. Free Trial Terms
We may offer a limited free trial (typically 24 hours) so you can test stability and quality before you buy. Trials are provided "as is", may be limited in scope, and are intended for genuine evaluation only. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke trials in cases of abuse. 9. Refunds
New paid subscriptions are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee, subject to the conditions set out in our Refund Policy. Refunds are not available where an issue is caused by your own device, third-party app or network, or where the acceptable-use rules in Section 6 have been breached.
10. Service Availability & Disclaimer
We operate a high-uptime, Anti-Freeze architecture and target 99.9% availability, but the service is provided on a reasonable-best-effort basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free delivery.
You acknowledge that streaming quality can be affected by factors outside our control, including local ISP throttling, connection loops, peak-time congestion, network blocks, your device performance and your broadband speed. Brief maintenance windows may also occur. Where possible we minimise and pre-announce these.
11. Intellectual Property
All branding, website content, designs and software relating to IPTV Ireland Homes remain our property or that of our licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the service for private viewing only. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
12. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your subscription immediately and without refund if you breach these Terms — in particular the acceptable-use rules in Section 6 — or if we detect fraud or misuse that threatens our infrastructure or other subscribers.
You may stop using the service at any time. As our plans are no-contract, you are simply not obligated to renew.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription cycle. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for issues caused by third-party apps, hardware or your network. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IPTV Ireland Homes against any claims, damages or costs arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish Courts, including the Small Claims Court system for qualifying consumer matters.
